| introduction | thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1 hydrochloride) is a white to yellow-white fine crystal, or crystalline powder, with a slight peculiar smell like rice bran, bitter taste, easy to absorb moisture, and dry products quickly absorb about 4% water in the air. 1g of this product is soluble in 1mL of water or 100mL of ethanol, soluble in glycerin but insoluble in ether and benzene. The melting point is about 248 ℃ (with decomposition). Under acidic conditions, it is relatively stable to heat. At pH3, even if it is cooked to 140 ℃ for 1h under high pressure, the damage is very small. |
